The Space

Charming suite in an apartment situated in an elegant building with custodian, recently renovated with parquet, air conditioning, classy furniture, warm and relaxing colors.

Is composed of a double bedroom area, bathroom, and living area with a sofa-bed.

Inside you will find all kind of items for a comfort stay: fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes and cutlery, washing machine, hair-drier, bed/bathroom linen, TV, wireless Internet, fan.

TOURIST ACCOMODATION TAX: € 3,50 a day per person, due for a maximum of 10 nights, excluded children up to age 10

Guest Access

Check-IN: 15:00 - 20:00. Please let us know in advance the hour of your arrival. Arrivals at different hours are to be agreed.

Check-OUT: until 12:00. In the day of departure it is possible to leave your luggage until 20:00.

At the arrival you will be given your own set of keys for your maximum independence during the stay.

The Neighborhood

Quiet and safe area close to the Vatican (2 Metro stops), with many services (bar, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, etc.).

You can reach with a walk the beautiful parks of Villa Pamphili and Villa Carpegna, the Conference Center Ergife, San Carlo di Nancy Hospital, the Dermatological Institute IDI, the Ballet School of Rome. In 5 minutes by bus you can reach the Polyclinic Agostino Gemelli.

Well connected, thanks to the Metro Station ("A" Line), many bus lines and a Taxi stop, you can easily reach the Train Station, the Airport and all the major touristic attractions of the capital.

The public transport service allows also to go to the seaside (Fregene Beach) in just 20 minutes.

House Rules

No pets allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the house , but for smokers there is a small sheltered balcony with stools and ashtrays.
Access to the house is permitted only to registered guests.
